We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly, with complete accessories in the boxes, passing to the standard quality assurance metrics before they are packed and sent to you.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be communicated through our Customer Care Team. The RMA number must be indicated in the Return Shipment box for our control purposes. Click the following button to fill an RMA form:
Lodge your return
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. The return or replacement must be communicated to our Customer Care Service within 48 hours upon receipt of the order. We must receive your returned items at our Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain office within 15 days upon receipt of orders. All returns/replacement orders/units are subject for strict inspection by our Technician, in any case that items are in good condition all related expenses will bear by the customers. In any case the return are found defective due to misuse or upon the recommendation of the Technician our Customer Support team will notify the customer for all related expenses before we will repair the unit. We inspect all returned items and a partial refund for opened or used products will be subject for deduction on the expense related. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
PRIOR TO SHIPPING
A full refund is available at any time prior to the processing and shipping of your order. This includes pre-ordered items. It may also be possible to exchange your item prior to shipping from the Milkyway Saletab WLL warehouse. Please use our 'Contact Us' feature to request this. If the item has already been shipped at the time that your request is read and processed by representatives, the case will be treated as an ‘unopened box’ return. Please see terms and conditions for this return type below.
DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL) PRODUCTS
You may return the item damaged on arrival (physical damage or scratch) or item dead on arrival within 7 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. Make sure that when the reshipment occurs, the after-sale’s time will be counted from the original item’s first shipment date.
In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
- The photos of original package with front and back sides
- The photos or video of the damaged item(s)
DOA products should meet the following standard:
- The accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included in the package are intact.
- The problem of product is not caused by incorrect usage.
Milkyway-Saletab WLL will cover the shipping cost.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive wrong item different from the item you ordered, you may send it back to Milkyway Saletab WLL Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. If you do not want to keep the wrong item, may request for a Return Label from Customer Service Center. The other customers who originally order the items may get return shipping fee reimbursement or we will send to her/him with no shipping cost.
About Refunds for Returns
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used. Refunds to credit cards are applied immediately upon processing, but may not appear on your billing statement for up to two billing cycles.
- Original shipping and handling charges fee are not refundable
